Watch The Spellbinding Time-Lapse Of A Total Solar Eclipse In The Arctic

Missed the solar eclipse because of the clouds? This incredible video should make up for it.

Polish photographer Witek Kaszkin filmed the stunning time-lapse of the total solar eclipse in the Arctic that occurred on March 20, 2015.

A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun. The rarer total eclipse can be observed when the Moon totally obscures the image of the Sun as viewed from certain parts of Earth. This time round, the total eclipse was only visible in the Faroe Islands and the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard.
