This young star was easily typecast as “adorable and childish” from his role in Diff’rent Strokes. Because of this, nothing he did after ever matched the TV’s shows fame. He filed for bankruptcy in 1999 and did jail time over charges of drug possession, reckless driving, and domestic violence. He died at the age of 42 after falling in his home and suffering a brain hemorrhage.
