12. Neo Tiew Village, Singapore
What used to be a thriving housing estate, Neo Tiew Village is now a ghost town in Singapore. In land-scarce Singapore, one of the most densely populated countries in the world, unused areas are rare. Residents have vacated this estate in 2002 after shifting to newer areas. It has been used as a training venue for the national army.
